Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website tannertollett.com and the small number of personal automation services operated by Tanner Tollett, MD ("I", "me") that use Google sign-in under this domain. It does not cover medical services provided by Kyndl Health, PLLC, which are governed by HIPAA and Kyndl Health's own notice of privacy practices.

What this site is

tannertollett.com is a personal page with no accounts, no advertising, no analytics scripts, and no cookies set by the site itself. Visits are served over HTTPS and may appear in basic server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) retained by my hosting provider for routine operations.

Google account access

I use Google OAuth to let my personal assistant software access my own Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs, Sheets) so it can brief me on my day and manage my schedule. When you see tannertollett.com listed on a Google permission screen, it is identifying this personal automation, not requesting your Google account. If you do authorize it:

• What is accessed: read/send mail, read calendar, read contacts, and read/write Drive documents and spreadsheets, in the authorizing account only.
• Why: to generate personal daily briefings and schedule support for the account owner.
• Who sees it: data is processed on private hardware I control. It is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
• Revocation: you can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no personal information from visitors.
